Power outage knocks thousands of Montreal Hydro customers off the grid

As a deep freeze continues to plague the province, thousands of Hydro-Quebec clients woke up without electricity. At the peak of the outage, about 100,000 addresses were without power, which the public utility blames on an equipment failure. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
