The union representing Edmonton Public School support staff is raising concern of the school board's use of substitute teachers. CUPE 3550 President Mandy Lamoureux says while their members hit the picket lines, supply teachers are filling in for their roles. Kabi Moulitharan has more on the concern and how the school board is responding.
