B.C. reconsiders Kelowna crane memorial

Five lives were lost in a Kelowna crane collapse almost 4 years ago, but plans for a memorial have been put on hold. As Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, after Global News started asking questions, the ministry responsible may have a change of heart.
