Los Angeles County Fire Chief Anthony Moroni warned that flying a drone near the ongoing wildfires was both dangerous and illegal, a day after one of Quebec’s water bombers collided with a drone. “If you fly a drone at one of these brush fires, all aerial operations will be shut down. And we certainly don't want to have that happen,” Moroni said.
