Toronto mayor pitches more spending on traffic agents to combat congestion

Ahead of Toronto’s official budget launch, Mayor Olivia Chow announced the plan would continue $3 million to hire more traffic agents. The program has proven to be successful to date and the city hopes an additional 75 agents will get problem areas moving. Matthew Bingley reports.
