Lachine mayor stepping in as tenants go weeks without heat, power

Tenants living in a Lachine apartment complex are still living without heat and some have no running hot water. This after weeks of complaints to the landlord. Now the local borough mayor is intervening to force repairs be made and living conditions improve. Phil Carpenter has the latest.
