Trudeau outlines his ‘one regret’ as prime minister

After announcing his intention to resign as prime minister on Monday, Justin Trudeau said his “one regret” was not being able to introduce electoral reform. Trudeau said it “wouldn’t have been responsible” to do so without the support of other parties.
