Halifax drivers awake to gas price jump

Halifax residents awoke to a surprise at the pump on Friday, as gas prices jumped more than five cents per litre overnight. The price hike comes as the province’s utility and review board was forced to step in to avoid a potential gas shortage. Mitchell Bailey reports.
