Women in politics: Why are so many leaving?

Chrystia Freeland shocked the political world last month when she announced she was stepping down as Canada’s finance minister. But she wasn’t the only woman to either leave their role or announce they wouldn’t be seeking another mandate. As Global’s Franca Mignacca reports, some groups are looking to find out why that number seems to be growing.
