Artist leaving surprise pieces in library books

They’re known as tiny libraries, small neighbourhood stands where residents can leave a book so someone else can love it later. But an artist in Vancouver is trying to elevate the experience, dropping small works of art in random books, on the down low. Community reporter Safeeya Pirani has the story.
