Canada Post says letters and parcels will be delayed, including those going to Santa Claus this year, after a lengthy postal workers strike at the company temporarily comes to an end and employees are scrambling to play catch-up with deliveries. One elf, however, has created a way for kids to get their letters to the big guy in time.
