According to pollsters, the U.S. has become far more politically polarized in recent years. One new poll suggests that more Americans feel Trump didn’t actually do that bad of a job during his first term, but a second poll suggests that ahead of the 2016 inauguration, Trump’s favourability rating was about 51 per cent. With four weeks to go until his second term, it’s down to 41 per cent — lower because in 2016, Democrats viewed Trump in a more positive light. Global’s Reggie Cecchini has more.
