Quebec considers banning prayer in public spaces on last day of session

The Quebec Premier is not ruling out using the notwithstanding clause again. This time, it would be used to expand the province’s secularism law to other public spaces. The premier made the comment on the last day before the National Assembly breaks for the holidays. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
