Northern California deluged by flooding from atmospheric river

On Thursday, Northern California continued to be drenched by an atmospheric river, creating road hazards, floods and wind alerts across the region. The early winter storm has also affected some rural parts of Santa Rosa, one of California’s largest wine cities.
