And, from a chicken-holding burlesque dancer to a Chihuahua fanatic, pet fans in Fredericton, N.B., returned for the local SPCA’s annual Pet Pawlooza fundraiser to show the support. The celebrations come one year after the animal organization announced it was at risk of closure.
