Family and friends of Erixon Kabera, the man fatally shot by Hamilton police after an interaction on Saturday afternoon, are outraged. The SIU originally said the man was involved in an exchange of gunfire with police, but the SIU later announced, there was no evidence the man discharged a firearm. Catherine McDonald reports.
