Montreal refugee claimants facing increased racism

Community organizations who serve refugee claimants are sounding the alarm about a rise of racist incidents against newcomers. They say rhetoric from political leaders aimed at migrants is making matters worse, particularly for people of colour. Global’s Phil Carpenter reports.
