Canada’s federal government is ordering TikTok to close its offices in Toronto and Vancouver. However, this does not mean Ottawa is blocking Canadians from using the popular social media app. As Touria Izri reports, the decision is meant to address national security risks related to the Chinese company behind the app, ByteDance.
