Vancouver Island cat put down after meth exposure

A family pet on Vancouver Island is believed to be one of the latest victims of B.C.’s toxic drug crisis. A cat had to be put down after being exposed to methamphetamine. As Kylie Stanton reports, the tragedy has prompted a call for changes to drug laws.
