Police announce dozen charges in deadly Ontario boat crash

Ontario Provincial Police arrested the owner of a speedboat that rammed a metal fishing boat on the May long weekend. The collision left three people dead and five injured. As Seán O’Shea reports, 44-year old Matthew Splinter faces a dozen criminal charges.
