Oct. 29 marks the Bloc Québécois’ official deadline date for the Liberal government to pass two key pieces of legislation. With only one of the bills in question being supported by the feds, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his minority government run the risk of being toppled in a non-confidence vote threatened by Bloc Leader Yves-François Blanchet – who has previously saved the Liberals.
