Waste treatment plant levy to be phased in

Some clarification on how much North Shore residents will be paying for their new wastewater treatment plant. It’s still a lot of money – but as Grace Ke explains – instead of being hit with a sizeable levy right away, the amount is being phased in over the next five years.
