Elections BC say 65K absentee and mail-in ballots to be recounted

It turns out far more absentee and mail-in ballots were cast in the B.C. election than had been previously thought. Elections BC now says about 65,000 of those ballots need to be counted up from 49,000. Keith Baldrey has more on what has led to this change.
