Calgary pet rescue concerned by animals being abandoned into their care in middle of the night

Staff with the Animal Rescue Foundation in Calgary are concerned after two dogs were abandoned at their shelter in the middle of the night over the past two weeks. They say the reason behind it is pet owners are struggling with rising costs. Drew Stremick reports.
