Offices are filling up in Edmonton’s downtown core
Description
October 10, 2024
It's taken a while, but Canada is on track to record its first year of positive office leasing activity since 2019. In Edmonton, the latest report from commercial real estate services firm CBRE shows the overall vacancy rate at 20 per cent. Vacancies have declined for five consecutive quarters and are at the lowest level since 2020. Dave Young, the managing director of CBRE Edmonton, joined Global News at Noon to break down the report.
