Friends of Lance Cunningham’s, the Niagara Falls man killed in a random attack by an accused serial killer, are in shock. This as new surveillance video emerges of Sabrina Kauldhar, the suspect, seen running through a Hamilton neighbourhood last Thursday. Catherine McDonald reports.
