Socktober attempts to prepare the vulnerable for Edmonton’s winter

Operation Friendship Seniors Society is striving to collect over 10,000 pairs of new socks to help seniors in need this winter. While the campaign does highlight the need for socks, Jimmy Morrison with Operation Friendship joined Global News at Noon to speak about what other donations would go a long way.
