A shaky start to the day for some, after an earthquake struck off the coast of Vancouver Island. While it wasn’t very high on the Richter scale, the tremor was felt as far as the Lower Mainland. As Kylie Stanton reports, it’s a reminder of where we live and why it’s best to be prepared.
