Chemical leak from rail car in Ohio prompts evacuations

About 210 homes have been evacuated due to a styrene chemical leak from a rail car in Ohio. Officials say the rail car began leaking Tuesday afternoon in the Whitewater Township area. A school and a nearby Kroger have also been evacuated.
