Five months ago, residents of a Winnipeg apartment complex were forced to leave one evening with just hours notice, after it was discovered the building was at risk of collapse. The structural problems were repaired throughout the summer, and the building owner now says residents could start coming home next month. But as Melissa Ridgen reports, they hope their situation leads to better inspections and maintenance across the country.
