The family of Tori Dunn has been demanding a coroner’s inquest into how Adam Mann was out on bail when he was charged with second-degree murder. Today they got their wish as the minister of public safety announced Friday afternoon. This was shortly after the accused made a video appearance in a Surrey court. Sarah MacDonald reports.
