Victoria penthouse awaits peregrine falcons

A penthouse owner near Victoria’s Inner Harbour is hoping for some roommates to move in. Experts say the building is the perfect place for nesting peregrine falcons, who have been seen landing on downtown rooftops for years. Kylie Stanton reports.
