Uproar over incoming Toronto dog park ban

Commercial dog walkers say an incoming ban at an off-leash area in Ramsden Park is unfair. The ban is coming into effect following complaints from neighbours who say noise and a lack of parking are being caused by dog walkers. Matthew Bingley reports.
