Mount Pleasant building owner remains defiant over infractions

The man who owns a notorious Mount Pleasant apartment building riddled by fires and bylaw infractions remains defiant about the property. As Kristen Robinson reports, he and his wife also owned another rental property torn down after a considerable fire.
