Calls for city to fulfill promise of resources for the homeless in Montreal’s west end

People without homes in Montreal’s Cote-des-Neiges-Notre-Dame-de-Grace borough are calling on the city for help. They point out that while there are resources in other places to help the unhoused, there is almost nothing in their area. As Global’s Phil Carpenter explains, many locals agree a shelter would help.
