Cancer is an unwelcome diagnosis for any family but when it strikes the younger members of our community, it can be an unthinkable and devastating blow. Every month, the Kids with Cancer Society brings us one of their stories of courage and perseverance. Chelsea Draeger Hughes from the society along with Koen and Kurt McLeod joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton to share Koen’s story of battling leukemia.
