Victoria police’s safety plan aimed at city hot spots

The Victoria Police Department is taking action in an attempt to deter crime and clear encampments from two hot spots in the city, a move the mayor is welcoming. It comes following some first responders saying they don’t feel safe responding to calls on stretches of Pandora Avenue and Ellice Street. Kylie Stanton reports.
