Two people were sent to hospital after a collision sent two vehicles into corn fields near Ennismore on Friday afternoon. Around 2:15 p.m. emergency crews responded to the crash on Tara Road just south of Kerry Line. They found a Corvette and a van both off the road and far into a corn field. Peterborough County OPP say two seniors in the van were treated at the scene before being taken to hospital. The driver of the car was not injured. The cause of the collision remains under investigation.
