A 26-year-old pilot, Melanie Georger, has died after her plane crashed shortly following releasing a group of skydivers near Niagara Falls. Officials reported that the passengers had just jumped from the aircraft when the single-engine Cessna crashed. Melanie was the only person left on board, heading back to land when the accident occurred.
