A Vancouver law firm says it has launched a class-action lawsuit in the B.C. Supreme Court after several plant-based drink products were recalled due to listeria contamination. The lawsuit was filed against Silk-brand beverage maker Danone, as well as the distributor Walmart on behalf of people who either bought the product or got sick because of it.
