A community is grieving over the loss of a 31-year-old father after he, his wife and infant daughter were struck while walking in a residential neighbourhood by a suspected impaired driver in Bowmanville on Sunday evening. Durham Regional Police say a 22-year-old is facing over nine charges. Lexy Benedict reports.
