There’s a bit of a shakeup in the top levels of the federal government, as Seamus O’Regan is leaving cabinet and will not run in the next election. O’Regan has been an MP from Newfoundland and Labrador for nine years and he has long been a close friend to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. David Akin reports.
