Extreme temperatures cause issues with B.C. fruit supply
Description
A cold snap in January decimated peach, apricot and cherry trees in the B.C region. This has forced many farmers to make difficult decisions and is also prompting many to educate consumers on how to shop and support Canadian farmers at the markets. Steven Souto, co-owner of Steve and Dan's Fresh Fruit B.C., joined us on Global News Morning Edmonton with all the details.
