Indigenous leaders hope for ‘relationship reset’ with provinces

Canada’s premiers are in Halifax for this year’s Council of the Federation. The gathering often highlights the rocky relationship between provinces and territories and the federal government. But there are other interests too – as Indigenous and health-care leaders are also hoping to be heard. Heidi Petracek explains.
