70 years after 12 children drowned in a boating accident, a commemoration plaque has been installed at the site of the tragedy to honour the victims. As Felicia Parrillo reports, family members are finally getting a place to remember the young lives lost, and are reminding the public of the importance of teaching children how to swim.
