Hopes rise for endangered B.C. spotted owl with revised recovery strategy

Environmentalists are celebrating a major step forward in B.C. for an endangered species. The federal government has made an updated draft of the spotted owl recovery strategy, after push-back over previous revisions lacking what’s necessary for the animal to thrive. As Paul Johnson reports, there may still be hope for this nearly extinct owl.
