Knack wants Alberta government to do more about houselessness

Edmonton city councillor Andrew Knack recently made an emotional plea for the Alberta government to do more to tackle homelessness. City council unanimously approved a motion for a transition strategy, shifting responsibilities for dealing with the homeless to the province. Knack joined us on Global News Morning to talk more about the issue.
