Early morning drowning in Okanagan Lake

Police and rescue crews were out early this morning at Kelowna’s downtown marina after a man drowned in Okanagan Lake. As Victoria Femia reports, officials say with a growing number of drownings each year in the lake, this tragedy serves as a reminder of just how deadly the water can be.
