Russia blames US for “terrorist” attack in Sevastopol, says UN has ‘double standards’

Speaking at the United Nations on Monday, Russia’s U.N. ambassador Vassily Nebenzia accused the U.S. of being directly involved in the fatal “terrorist” attack in Crimea’s Sevastopol on Sunday, when at least four people died and more than 150 others where injured.
