Cowichan Tribes sign historic agreement to restore jurisdiction over child services

It’s a deal years in the making. The Cowichan Tribes on Vancouver Island have signed an agreement with the provincial and federal governments to take back control over their own child and family services. As Angela Jung reports, the aim is to keep children in the community.
